Nashville is growing and Wells Fargo really needs more locations here if they want to keep customers. As for the Thompson Lane location, I will NEVER go to it again! Twice I have used the drive thru to deposit cash and twice was shorted substantially. The first time they shorted me $100 and the second time I was shorted $50! I asked them to recount each time and was told their counting methods can't be wrong. I count my cash several times before depositing and am never off more than $2 or $3 dollars either way EVER. This is the only location I have trouble with that. I can't prove cash deficiencies in drive thru because you can't watch close while in your vehicle. I stopped going inside this location to deposit because of the extreme wait times! Waiting 10 to 30 minutes is by far too long. This location draws LOTS of non-English speaking Hispanic clients and the staff is not equipped to handle the situation which causes major delays.
Parking is very small. If you have a truck you get in trouble because of the limited space. I don't know how staff is because I only used the ATM.

I have moved on to another location because fighting Nashville traffic is better than losing money and waiting on translators.
Well when you have a problem. Thay should listen instead run there mouth. Because. That is the problem when there auto phone system don't work and we need to know. Lets just say. This is why we will be closing two accounts when we get back home. Ha now you don't have to listen!!! One day thay will realize who the Boss is and who is not the you know.

If you value your time, money, and sanity PLEASE find another location or bank. This location will rob you and not resolve it. They will only tell you sorry. Be warned.
